I visited Ovingdean again today to discuss with the Save Our Deans campaigners how best to oppose this inappropriate development.
Previously, I visited the exhibition being put on by the developers wishing to build over 100 new homes in the area off Ovingdean Road. I discussed the plans with the developers and met the local residents organising a petition against it. I decided that their opposition was justified and legitimate – I signed the petition. They told me I was the first parliamentary candidate from Kemptown to visit the exhibition and take a public stance.Read More →
